    • Acceptable evidence aligns with policy,

    • Justification for override noted in credit assessment.

  2. Negative Gearing: No benefit applied to loans in a company or trust name.

  3. Notional Rent:

    • For spousal/de facto relationships living in same household → one notional rent expense per household.

    • Expense apportioned proportionally between both borrowers.
