🏠 Home Guarantee Scheme (HGS) Place Availability

⚠️ As EOFY approaches, here's your HGS availability update:

✅ Reservations for 2024-25 HGS remain available — but are becoming limited and may fully allocate before 30 June 2025.
✅ Submit applications before 30 June 2025 to give assessors time to process.

Prioritise clients who:
• Are close to unconditional approval
• Need extra time to obtain their NOA for FY ending 30 June 2025

Reservation Requirements:
• Clients must have a reservation in the HGS portal before 30 June 2025 to rely on:

  • FY24/25 Home Buyer Declaration Form

  • NOA for FY ending 30 June 2024

✅ Guarantees can be issued (and settlements occur) after this date (within expiry dates), subject to other criteria.

Post 30 June 2025:
• New reservations from 1 July 2025 require:

  • Signed FY25/26 Home Buyer Declaration Form

  • NOA for FY ending 30 June 2025
    (From 1 July to 31 Aug: NOA required before Guarantee issued. From 1 Sept: NOA required before reservation made.)

➡️ An EDM was sent last month saying there was an update to the LMI waiver, however, the URL inks didn’t work, so no information was  updated until one of our members notified us after speaking with their BDM!
