Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of The Brokers Bible membership ("Membership") provided by The Brokers Bible Pty Ltd (ABN 72 122 271 112 / ACN 122271 112) (“Company”) to its members ("Member"). By accessing and using the Membership, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Information Accuracy

The content within The Brokers Bible platform is provided for general information and educational purposes only.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and currency, we do not guarantee completeness or reliability.

  • No warranty is given as to accuracy, completeness, or currency of information.
  • Members must conduct their own due diligence and seek independent professional advice before relying on any content.
  • Users must independently verify any information before relying on it in a professional context.

Intellectual Property and Usage

All content, materials, templates, databases, and knowledge bases are the property of The Brokers Bible Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, repurpose, or reproduce any content without express written consent. Membership access is for individual use only. Shared use or group access under a single account is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund. Content is confidential and for internal use only. Sharing with non-members or republishing in any form is not permitted.

Access and Fees

a) Access is provided while you are a current paying member.
b) Additional services (e.g. one-on-one support, events, or tools) may incur separate charges.
c) No compensation or refunds will be issued for unused membership services.

d) As we continue to expand our product development and AI capabilities, we may occasionally update our membership pricing. If an increase is planned, you will be notified via your registered email at least 30 days in advance.

Payment Terms

a) Membership fees are payable monthly or annually and will auto-renew unless cancelled.
b) You authorise The Brokers Bible Pty Ltd to charge your card for recurring payments.
c) Any chargebacks or unauthorised cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
  • You can self-cancel anytime within the portal.
  • Cancellations & Final Payments: Please note that cancelling your membership does not waive any existing fees. Any outstanding balance will continue to be debited until your account is fully reconciled.

Limitation of Liability

a) The Brokers Bible Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits or business interruption.
b) Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the Member under this Agreement.

No Legal Advice

Participation in the Membership does not create a legal or financial advisory relationship. Any legal information provided is general only and not legal advice. Our team, contractors, and founder are not acting as lawyers or financial advisors unless explicitly stated under a separate engagement agreement.

Privacy and Contact Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, you agree that The Brokers Bible Pty Ltd and LMG (Loan Market Group ABN 83 105 221 967) may access and use your contact information to facilitate delivery of services, communications, technical support, and updates relating to this offer and other LMG-integrated services. This is done solely for operational purposes and in compliance with privacy law.

Free Offer for LMG Brokers

From 1 August 2025 to 31 January 2026, all LMG brokers are eligible for a special offer of up to 6 months of free access to The Brokers Bible Membership. This access will end on 30 January 2026. If you do not cancel your membership before this date, your credit card will be automatically charged $37 + GST per month or $97 per month for a business subscription starting 30 January 2026. This offer is exclusive to LMG brokers and is not available to members of other aggregators.

Scenarios Support

The scenarios email address is provided to help with policies you cannot find inside the membership.
It is not for workshopping deals or confirming your servicing approach, as that requires a detailed understanding of a client’s full financial position.
We reserve the right to decline assistance where the request falls outside the intended scope.

Term and Termination

This Agreement commences upon your first payment and continues until terminated by either party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach any part of these Terms and Conditions.

Amendment of Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform and take effect immediately. Continued use of the Membership after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Assignment

These Terms are binding on both parties and their successors. You may not assign your membership rights to another party unless to a wholly owned subsidiary. Any such assignment does not relieve you of your obligations.

All notices must be in writing and addressed to:

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, either party may seek resolution through legal or equitable channels. Legal fees may be recoverable by the successful party in any proceedings.

By using the Membership, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not proceed with your Membership.
