The Brokers Bible Membership Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of The Brokers Bible membership ("Membership") provided by The Brokers Bible Pty Ltd (ABN 72 122 271 112 / ACN 122 271 112) (“Company”) to its members ("Member"). By accessing and using the Membership, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Information Accuracy: The content within The Brokers Bible platform is provided for general information only. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and currency, we do not guarantee completeness or reliability. Members must conduct their own due diligence and seek independent professional advice before relying on any content or recommendations provided.

AI Agent Disclaimer: Our platform may use AI-generated responses to assist with policy search or guidance. These responses are for informational purposes only and must not be solely relied upon for decision-making. Always verify AI-provided responses independently.

Intellectual Property and Usage: All content, materials, templates, databases, and knowledge bases are the property of The Brokers Bible Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, repurpose, or reproduce any content without express written consent. Membership access is for individual use only. Shared use or group access under a single account is strictly prohibited and may result in termination without refund. The Business Membership allows for up to 5 users only. Content is confidential and for internal use only. Sharing with non-members or republishing in any form is not permitted.

Access and Fees: (a) Access is provided while you are a current paying member. (b) Additional services (e.g. one-on-one support, events, or tools) may incur separate charges. (c) No compensation or refunds will be issued for unused membership services.

Payment Terms: (a) You agree to pay the applicable membership fee (monthly or annually). Membership automatically renews unless cancelled with 14 days' written notice. (b) You authorise The Brokers Bible Pty Ltd to charge your card for recurring payments. Any chargebacks, unauthorised cancellations, or card updates must be communicated to us in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Members may cancel anytime with 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds are offered under any circumstances, including partial use of the Membership.

Limitation of Liability: (a) The Brokers Bible Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits or business interruption. (b) Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the Member under this Agreement.

No Legal Advice: Participation in the Membership does not create a legal or financial advisory relationship. Any legal information provided is general only and not legal advice. Our team, contractors, and founder are not acting as lawyers or financial advisors unless explicitly stated under a separate engagement agreement.

Privacy and Contact Sharing: We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, you agree that The Brokers Bible Pty Ltd may provide your contact information to trusted third-party service providers, partners, or contractors who support the delivery of our services (e.g. tech support, event logistics, CRM providers). This is done solely for operational purposes and in compliance with privacy law.

Term and Termination: This Agreement commences upon your first payment and continues until terminated by either party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach any part of these Terms and Conditions.

Amendment of Terms: These Terms may be updated at any time. Any changes will be published on the platform and take effect immediately. Continued use of the Membership after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Assignment: These Terms are binding on both parties and their successors. You may not assign your membership rights to another party unless to a wholly owned subsidiary. Any such assignment does not relieve you of your obligations.

Notices: All notices must be in writing and addressed to: The Brokers Bible Pty Ltd, c/o Jeremy Curtis & Associates Pty Ltd, Suite 3, 322 St Kilda Road, St Kilda VIC 3182. To the Member at the address provided during registration.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, either party may seek resolution through legal or equitable channels. Legal fees may be recoverable by the successful party in any proceedings.

By using the Membership, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not proceed with your Membership.
